Local Producers from Drôme and Vaucluse

L’Oliverie des Baronnies, located just 20 kilometers from our factory, at the foot of Mont Ventoux, this company has perpetuated for three generations the craftsmanship of olive processing and other ingredients. By cultivating and cooking according to a know-how passed down with passion through time, they create a multitude of recipes, including tapenades, spreads, and various other delights from their own harvest.

Les Fruits Secs Bedouin, a family business, with a heritage of over 200 years, dedicates itself from generation to generation to the processing of dried fruits, with particular attention to almonds. Their creations include blends and assortments of delights to be enjoyed as snacks or appetizers.

Since 1953, Tisanes Le Dauphin has been preparing their herbs and teas in Buis-les-Baronnies, just 30 km from our factory. Nestled in the heart of the Provençal Baronnies, this company is the result of a family history, with three generations of artisans devoted to creating organic infusions.

Le Moulin Ramade is an oil mill located in Nyons, in the heart of the land of olives and flavors of the Baronnies, just 14 km from our factory. For a century, it has been dedicated to the cultivation and processing of olives. In its mill, a variety of olive-based delights are created to enrich our dishes with authentic flavors.

Ma Femme jams are the result of artisanal craftsmanship, made by hand with love and dedication. Based in Saint-Cécile-les-Vignes, just a few kilometers from our factory, she invests fully in each jar, putting all her passion into it. Guided by traditional recipes passed down through generations, she creates jams from seasonal fruits, capturing all their richness and authentic flavor in her preparations.

La Ferme Brès, located in Nyons, just 14 km from our factory, this family business has been working with olives for seven generations. With centuries of know-how, it is committed to the processing of olives and its universe with a constant concern for the environment.

Choosing Farm Products from Our Region:

At Provence Biscuitry, we highlight the artisans of our region, not only to reflect the authentic flavors of Provence but also to value their daily dedication and passion for their craft. Like us, they share the desire to promote their know-how and perpetuate family traditions.

It's Choosing a Quality Short Supply Chain:

We are convinced that the best products are obtained by reducing intermediaries. That's why we offer products made around the Factory by passionate artisans who love our beautiful region.

It's Promoting the Local Economy:

By sourcing from local artisans, you actively participate in the development of the local economy. You support associated farmers and peasants from Drôme, which helps preserve our land and maintain a strong link between producer and consumer.

Buying Directly from the Producer?

If you want to source more from producers in your region, here's where to go:

Producer Markets: Producer markets are places of sale reserved exclusively for farmers and artisan bakers. In a joyful and convivial atmosphere, they showcase the richness and diversity of their terroir. By visiting these markets, you buy directly from the source and share the love of good products!

Farms and Agricultural Holdings: Many of them also offer direct sales on-site, thus offering the opportunity to meet the producer and observe the manufacturing process or the animals you consume. This experience is particularly enriching because it allows you to meet the people behind the products you buy and support them directly by visiting their farms. This is a highly appreciated approach as it strengthens the link between the consumer and the producer.

Producer Stores: These stores bring together different farmers who have decided to unite to create a collective point of sale where their products can be sold. They offer a wide variety of local products, to be consumed directly at the source.

Agricultural Cooperatives: Some cooperatives allow consumers to buy products directly from the producers who adhere to them.

Fine Groceries and Gourmet Halls: In these shops, find carefully selected regional specialties. At the gourmet hall of the Factory, we have selected more than 350 products from local farms for you!

Agricultural Events and Fairs: These are festive occasions where you can find a whole community around agriculture. These moments offer the opportunity to admire animals, eat quality products on-site, but also to acquire them (cheeses, charcuteries, fruits, vegetables, animals...), to attend contests, and much more. In short, these are must-attend events of the year!
