Artisanal jams by Ma Femme
We have discovered for you the best jam maker: "Les Confitures de ma Femme," a small company located in St Cécile les Vignes, just a few minutes from our biscuit factory. Through her recipes, you will discover the passion of a woman who wants to share all her culinary heritage and make everyone enjoy the recipes of her predecessors.
An ancestral know-how
In the skilled hands of my wife, the art of creating authentic recipes is revealed, perpetuating an artisanal and traditional know-how inherited from her ancestors. Each jar of jam she makes is the result of a meticulous process aimed at revealing the natural flavor of the fruits.
In her workshop, she carefully selects the best fruits, cutting them precisely before cooking them slowly to preserve their quality and essence. This traditional method allows the flavors to fully bloom, offering a deliciously smooth and authentic jam, imbued with all the richness of the fruit.
True to her values, "Les Confitures de ma Femme" prioritizes a simple composition without additives. She commits to using only the highest quality ingredients, thus preserving the purity and freshness of the final product.
You can enjoy her jams and jellies with confidence, fully appreciating their authenticity and delicacy.
Selected fruits
The producer places great importance on the choice of fruits used in their jams. They only cook seasonal fruits that have been bathed in sunlight to reach their full maturity. They are then rich in juice and flavor, perfect for cooking.
"Les Confitures de ma Femme" tries to create a range of delicious jams and jellies with a variety of fruits so that everyone can have the flavor they love.
Due to the creation based on seasonal productions, my wife has a limited stock
