Choosing Farm Products from Our Region:
At Provence Biscuitry, we highlight the artisans of our region, not only to reflect the authentic flavors of Provence but also to value their daily dedication and passion for their craft. Like us, they share the desire to promote their know-how and perpetuate family traditions.
It's Choosing a Quality Short Supply Chain:
We are convinced that the best products are obtained by reducing intermediaries. That's why we offer products made around the Factory by passionate artisans who love our beautiful region.
It's Promoting the Local Economy:
By sourcing from local artisans, you actively participate in the development of the local economy. You support associated farmers and peasants from Drôme, which helps preserve our land and maintain a strong link between producer and consumer.
Buying Directly from the Producer?
If you want to source more from producers in your region, here's where to go:
Producer Markets: Producer markets are places of sale reserved exclusively for farmers and artisan bakers. In a joyful and convivial atmosphere, they showcase the richness and diversity of their terroir. By visiting these markets, you buy directly from the source and share the love of good products!
Farms and Agricultural Holdings: Many of them also offer direct sales on-site, thus offering the opportunity to meet the producer and observe the manufacturing process or the animals you consume. This experience is particularly enriching because it allows you to meet the people behind the products you buy and support them directly by visiting their farms. This is a highly appreciated approach as it strengthens the link between the consumer and the producer.
Producer Stores: These stores bring together different farmers who have decided to unite to create a collective point of sale where their products can be sold. They offer a wide variety of local products, to be consumed directly at the source.
Agricultural Cooperatives: Some cooperatives allow consumers to buy products directly from the producers who adhere to them.
Fine Groceries and Gourmet Halls: In these shops, find carefully selected regional specialties. At the gourmet hall of the Factory, we have selected more than 350 products from local farms for you!
Agricultural Events and Fairs: These are festive occasions where you can find a whole community around agriculture. These moments offer the opportunity to admire animals, eat quality products on-site, but also to acquire them (cheeses, charcuteries, fruits, vegetables, animals...), to attend contests, and much more. In short, these are must-attend events of the year!
