Discover the Biscuiterie de Provence by immersing yourself in a free and self-guided tour, an experience that will delight both young and old. Explore the secrets of our factory located in Saint Maurice sur Eygues, a charming village in Drôme Provençale nestled between Montélimar and Avignon, just a few kilometers from Nyons. We welcome you from Monday to Saturday to discover our world!
On the trail of delights at the Biscuiterie de Provence: A gourmet escape for all ages
Explore the captivating history of the Bédouin family during your tour of the biscuit factory museum. An immersive experience awaits you to discover the behind-the-scenes work and the passionate efforts of our teams.
Throughout your visit, entertaining activities suitable even for the youngest visitors will be available. They will allow you to explore the behind-the-scenes of our factory, bringing smiles to children’s faces.
The factory tour is suitable for everyone, from toddlers to adults, including people with reduced mobility. Our doors are open to all biscuit enthusiasts in the region, including foreign travelers, as English subtitles are available on all our panels and videos ;)
Discover the Manufacturing Processes
During your visit, take a curious look at our manufacturing workshops to directly discover the secrets of our delights. You will have the opportunity to closely observe our production workshops and the various stages of making our biscuits, chocolates, and other confectioneries. A glimpse into our hand-packaging workshop awaits you, allowing you to discover the meticulous work done by our team. On Saturdays, when the Factory is not in operation, panels and videos will still be there to reveal the behind-the-scenes of the Factory.
The exploration of the biscuit factory promises to whet your appetite, especially since you will find our 150 recipes, our fresh pastries, and over 350 local products carefully selected in our gourmet halls.
We also house two other equally ancient brands: Le Petit Duc and Croquettes de Vinsobres. These brands, which we manufacture traditionally, have also been resonating in the region for many years. Come quickly to discover the history of our brands!
Visiting us at our Factory shop:
We are open from Monday to Saturday, except on certain holidays. Our hours are:
- April to the end of September: 10 am to 7 pm
- October to March: 10 am to 6 pm
The museum and discovery tour close 30 minutes before the shop. To see the pastry chefs at work, it is best to come in the morning. ;)
Tasting our delights at the Fabrique Gourmet Hall
As you browse our shop, you will notice our various labels on our products, such as "organic," "gluten-free," or very short ingredient lists. Our company continuously strives to offer high-quality products that will delight your taste buds, with raw materials as local as possible.
Free Tasting at the End of Our Discovery Tour
At the end of your tour in our Museum & discovery space, a free tasting awaits you in front of the main manufacturing workshop.
A small stop to savor the products you have had the opportunity to discover during the visit. A comforting and motivating touch after learning more about our factory, its production, and its delights!
A relaxing moment at the Biscuiterie’s Tea Room
Take a tasting break at our gourmet hall’s tea room! You can enjoy a variety of our products such as biscuits, cookies, praline brioche, sacristains... freshly made in our workshops. Let yourself be tempted by a delicious ice cream, perfect for refreshing yourself under the summer sun. Our factory also offers a selection of hot and cold drinks to quench your thirst.
For this break, nothing is better than settling on our shaded terrace in summer or staying warm inside, to savor the treats you have chosen. Let both children and adults enjoy our delights!
