An ultra-gourmet nougat spread, artisanal and made in Provence, GMO-free and palm oil-free, produced less than 20 kilometers from the Factory! Chaloin Chocolaterie, founded in 1921, perpetuates a know-how passed down through four generations. In 2016, Marc Chaloin, representing the fourth generation, settled with his family in Puymeras in the Vaucluse to create his manufacturing workshop as well as a sales and tasting space.

Founded in 1921, the Chaloin Chocolaterie has been preserving a time-honored savoir-faire passed down through four generations.

Marc Chaloin, Master Chocolatier and founder of Chaloin Chocolats in Puyméras, has been passionately working for nearly twenty years to highlight the unique flavors of Provence’s terroir.
