These tomatoes are gently cooked with selected ingredients like Provencal herbs, extra virgin olive oil, and a touch of sugar to balance their acidity. The result is a delicious confit, sweet and slightly tangy, with aromatic herb notes.

Black Olive Tapenade: Black Olive Tapenade is a traditional Mediterranean culinary specialty originating from Provence. It consists mainly of non-depitted black olive pulp (over 95%), capers, and typical Provencal herbs. This harmonious blend gives the tapenade a smooth and creamy texture, along with a rich and delicate flavor.
