Indulge in our Box of 4 Chocolate Eggshells, which contains a delightful surprise of 2 hazelnut praline eggs and 2 lace crepe praline eggs. These two irresistibly chocolatey recipes offer a choice between eggs with a white shell, containing a delicious blend of milk chocolate, hazelnut praline, and lace crepe crumbs, and eggs with a brown shell, filled with milk chocolate enhanced by a traditional praline with crunchy hazelnut bits.

To distinguish between these two varieties, our chocolatiers have used eggshells of different colors. An interesting fact: brown hens lay brown eggs, while white hens lay white eggs!

In our workshops, we craft our chocolate shell eggs from delicious chocolate, employing the expertise of the Petit Duc House, just as we do for each of our recipes. We take pleasure in offering you our treats because your satisfaction is our greatest reward :)

The Eggshell Chocolate is an ancient tradition of Petit Duc, nearly forgotten due to its time-consuming and meticulous work. In our Box of 4 Chocolate Eggshells, the eggshells have been carefully prepared by emptying, washing, sterilizing them, and then filling them with our delicious chocolate.

To savor these chocolate delights, everyone can choose their preferred method: either by placing the egg in the refrigerator for 15 minutes before peeling and enjoying it, or by melting it in the microwave for 1 minute at 900 watts, then dipping a good piece of brioche.
