Choosing Organic Ingredients From Drôme wheat flour and free-range eggs to goat cheese, almonds, and garlic, we place great importance on selecting our products and prioritize sourcing organic as much as possible.

For example, with olives located less than 15 km from our factory, tomatoes at 37 km, garlic at 55 km, and Picodon cheese at 40 km.
