Provence apricots and Williams pears from Haute Provence bring all the wonderful flavours of our beautiful regions. This rigorous selection of fruit allows us to make fruit jellies that are melting and sweet just right.
The recipe has been worked on for a long time to produce these delicacies : when the pectin starts to gel, the still warm fruit paste is placed in frames so that it takes on its shape. This is followed by a long gelling process, the cutting of small square shapes and the addition of sugar on all sides of the fruit paste.
This little delicacy is ideal to enjoy before, during and after sport to recharge the batteries ! It can also be enjoyed with a good hot or cold drink. Our fruit paste from Provence is packaged in a pretty glass jar to limit waste. It can be reused as you wish !
