Every day, our calissons from Saint-Rémy are created in our workshops at Petit Duc, using ancestral know-how. Their history dates back to before the time of manufacturing, towards the end of the 19th century, when sugar was a rare commodity, used sparingly. After hours of work studying the recipes from before the calisson d'Aix, we finally succeeded in creating the Calissons de Saint-Rémy: lightly sweetened, extremely soft, and deliciously almond-flavored. Their uniqueness also lies in their square shape, which is distinctive and makes them unique!

The fruit pastes accompanying our calissons are made with superior quality ingredients, carefully selected to ensure a burst of flavors in every bite. You'll discover a variety of fruity flavors, such as apricot and orange pulp from Provence, melon, blueberry pulp, Williams pear from the Hautes Alpes, and raspberry.

This checkered box, filled with sweetness and indulgence, is handcrafted and assembled in our Petit Duc workshops. Our products are French creations that have been enchanting both young and old for over a century.
