These shortbreads, like no other, are taken from the 14th century treatise by Petit Albert. Its friability is a good support for saffron, the pistil of the crocus with a very aromatic nose.    
A sandy texture, a delicate fragrance, an intense colour... The Cœurs du Petit Albert from Le petit Duc will bring you greed and sensation for tasting moments around a hot drink...    

Cœurs du Petit Albert are to be enjoyed with tea, red fruit or a scoop of sorbet !
