At the Biscuiterie de Provence, our Macaroons and Macaroon Hearts are made according to a traditional method, using neither milk or flour, but a good dose of almond. This recipe allows us to obtain a gluten-free delicacy, ideal for coeliacs. Our gluten-free biscuits are made and packed in a dedicated workshop. You will find the famous barred wheat ear, the Afdiag logo, on all our packaging. These little wonders are packaged in a protective atmosphere to guarantee freshness and softness !
