Nougat Bars

Our Nougats, heirloom of an ancestral recipe, harmoniously blend the smoothness of almonds and the sweetness of honey.

These delights from Le Petit Duc are the result of a Provençal tradition preserved through the ages. Prepared according to an unchanged artisanal method, in large copper cauldrons, our Nougats stand out for their incomparable authenticity.

The result? A perfect balance between firmness and tenderness, avoiding any unpleasant stickiness. Their low sugar content enhances the purity and natural aromas of the fruits they contain.

For an even more intense experience, our House has innovated by creating 100% fruit Nougats, exquisitely flavored creations that exalt the richness of authentic flavors!

Nougat, the quintessential Provençal specialty

Nougat perfectly embodies the sweetness of Provence. With its soft texture and toasted almonds, it evokes the sunny warmth of the South.

At Le Petit Duc, we have created four delicious nougats, which we have softened in sugar to preserve this pleasure without excess:

- The Cévennes nougat combines the reputation of the nuts from this region, renowned for their rich flavor and unique crunch, with our nougat. This variation offers an unforgettable taste experience for walnut lovers.

- The pistachio nougat, a beautiful white slice studded with pistachios, which bring a touch of vibrant color. A true delight on the palate that is worth a try.

- The pinenut nougat is a delicacy with jewels from Provence, which gives our nougat a crunchy texture and a unique taste. It is a gourmet creation that perfectly blends sweetness and refinement.

- The classic nougat is a delicious and creamy creation, a true specialty of the house, made with almonds.

Four variations, for four surprising and unforgettable tasting experiences.

Calissons from Le Petit Duc

Slightly sweet, incredibly soft, with a delicious taste and unparalleled delicacy... That's the best way to describe our calissons. These culinary specialties from the House are square-shaped to be savored in one bite, providing an incomparable feeling of lightness.

A Historical Preparation

Before the era of the factory, i.e., the late 19th century, sugar was still a rare commodity, used sparingly. Le Petit Duc followed the same principle during the hours spent studying the recipes before the Aix calisson to finally arrive at its signature recipe for Calissons from Saint-Rémy...

Artisanal Production in Provence

Our calissons are handmade in our workshops using quality ingredients and following traditions with the same know-how perpetuated since the 19th century. A meticulous process that results in smooth and regular specialties. We favor manual processes rather than mechanical ones, in favor of quality and emotion. After production, they are hand-packaged with the utmost care to guarantee you a high-quality visual and gustatory result.

Original Creations

Our calissons are also original creations, with flavors such as Pistachio, Damask Rose, intense orange, or organic. A subtle balance for an absolutely incomparable taste. Bold specialties that make an ideal gift for connoisseurs of delicacies. To be found in bars or in pretty metal boxes adorned with beautiful designs. A delicate attention to offer or to indulge in. For a delicious tasting experience in perspective.

Our Regional Jams and Honeys

We are committed to showcasing a selection of quality products from producers and farms in the region. Because local sourcing for our production is an integral part of our priorities. We want to promote this approach to our customers and give them the opportunity to taste the delights of our producers.

My Wife's Jams

Discover My Wife's Jams! Delights handmade according to traditional methods passed down from generation to generation. To make these jams, she selects seasonal fruits at their peak of ripeness, thus offering all the flavor of the fruit.

This artisan puts all her love into the preparation, resulting in an authentic, quality, and, of course, generous jam.

Rucher Vahé Honeys

Discover the honey from Rucher Vahé, an apiarist and producer located 7km from La Fabrique! In this apiary, you will be delighted by the variety of honeys and their unique flavors, including lavender, scrubland, flowers, and many more.

The family-run operation has perpetuated the beekeeping tradition for several generations. Honeys are classified according to the different departments where the bees gather nectar. In spring, the hives are placed in Isère to capture the delicacy of acacia. In Ardèche, bees collect the bitter nectar of the chestnut tree. Finally, in Drôme, bees produce lavender honey with captivating aromas, as well as garrigue honey with wild flavors. Each honey is unique, reflecting the terroirs that gave it birth.

What are the specialties of Southern France to know and taste?

Our other culinary specialties from the Region, to be found in our ranges:

Pompe à l'Huile

A flagship product of the great table of the 13 desserts of Provence, this famous dessert made with olive oil comes in two flavors: traditional or with candied fruits.

Our pastry chefs have revisited it, in keeping with Provençal tradition, in biscuit form! Still made with olive oil and orange blossom, you will discover a touch of lemon for freshness!

To be found exclusively during the Christmas period.

Croquette de Vinsobres

The Croquette de Vinsobres is a crunchy biscuit, oval-shaped, slightly browned on top, and with a wonderfully compact and clear texture inside. This delicacy dates back to 1908 and is composed of almonds, making it a true pleasure and a specialty of the region.

For the history, the recipe was acquired in 1985 by the Bédoin family, who decided to keep the name of the house: Croquette de Vinsobres, and above all not to change the original recipe. To celebrate this association, they subsequently created a new recipe inspired by the original one, but this time adding chocolate. This is how the Croquette de Vinsobres with chocolate was born.
