Fruit skewers and Calissons

Ingredients

  • 12 Le Petit Duc Calissons
  • 12 small wooden skewers (½ large skewer)
  • About fifteen beautiful grapes
  • About fifteen small strawberries, hulled
  • 2 apricots

The preparation

Cut the apricots into large strips, halved and pitted.

Prick and skewer all the fruit. Add a calisson to each one for the sweetness. Prick it delicately, and turn it several times to thread it.

Eat or store in an airtight box. Eat quickly !
