Ingredients: wheat flour, sugar, apricots 17%, almonds 16%, milk, Mont Ventoux small spelt flour, eggs, natural baking powder (wheat starch, sodium bicarbonate, monopotassium tartrate), salt, apricot natural flavour. Our apricots are guaranteed sulphite-free. As a result, they are naturally brown, however, their taste is in a class of its own!
