Did you know that ? All our soft cakes are baked in a steel mould, thanks to a recipe just like at home, you will have the pleasure of savouring their soft texture and their inimitable fondant. Baked and packaged in a dedicated workshop, our range of Almond Soft Cakes is certified gluten-free, this characteristic is visible with the help of the famous crossed out wheat ear.
The almond and chocolate cake is delicious, soft, made with exclusively organic ingredients and gluten-free, what more could you ask for ? It is suitable for sporty gourmands, celiac gourmands and all gourmands, whether young or old.
Discover our range of ready-to-eat gluten-free cakes : almond, fig & grape, organic Menton lemon, vanilla, lemon, chestnut, organic orange, Valrhona dark chocolate as well as Calisson and Panama dark chocolate cake. Il est exceptionnel de trouver des gâteaux avec uniquement de la farine d'amande. Merci pour les personnes qui ne peuvent pas manger d'amidons (farine de blé, de riz...). En plus il est excellent. Un petit peu moins de sucre et ce serait parfait.

une merveilleuse découverte après le gâteau moelleux aux amandes et noisettes déniché par hasard dans un magasin Bio dans le sud de la France..de plus, répond à mon intolérance au gluten et au lait animal, donc il y a moyen de se faire plaisir
