Biscuiterie de Provence : The brand for food lovers

With expertise in almonds since 1833, passed down through 6 generations, Biscuiterie de Provence has built its reputation on very indulgent recipes made with 100% noble ingredients of natural origin, without additives, coloring, preservatives, or palm oil. Good ingredients rigorously selected, sourced as much as possible from local productions out of love for our beautiful and rich terroir.

The Biscuiterie de Provence brand ranges from appetizers to desserts, with delicious recipes that will please the whole family, from children to adults. Our ranges of soft cakes and gluten-free macarons will surprise even the most demanding gourmets with their tender texture and authentic flavors. Meanwhile, lovers of traditional biscuits will be tempted by our navettes or canistrelli.

Petit Duc : The iconic brand of old-fashioned specialties

Le Petit Duc was born last century in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, right in the heart of this gentle French region so appreciated worldwide: the Alpilles. Located just steps from the house of the famous Nostradamus, this traditional pastry shop gradually became an institution for all the Saint-Rémois. Its specialty? Reviving old-fashioned specialties! Rich in experience and encounters, it passionately delved into gastronomic archives to bring out sweet treasures full of stories.

Le Petit Duc will surprise you with its differences! Little sugar, simple and genuine products... This is its philosophy, a symbol of the past, present, and future.

Croquettes de Vinsobres : The historic brand

The Croquette de Vinsobres was born in 1908 in the bakery of Henri Chauvet, located in the village of Drôme Provençale bearing its name. Following the overwhelming success of this delicious treat, Henri decided to register the recipe under the name "Croquettes de Vinsobres" and to commercialize it. In 1951, he sold his manufacturing secret to Mr. Corbin, who in turn sold it to the Bédouin family in 1985. Having become the traditional biscuit of Drôme Provençale, the Croquettes de Vinsobres brand captivates all food lovers with their recipe unchanged for over a century...
