All thanks to the hand of our pastry chef who continues a recipe over a century old, with the only difference being the use of 100% organic ingredients! No preservatives or even additives, these biscuits are a sign of tradition!

Organic Almond Craquantes can be enjoyed anytime, especially as a dessert, during tea or coffee time, or alongside a glass of Champagne! These little treats were created by our pastry chefs with the desire to make a sweet biscuit with few ingredients that highlights the emblem of the Biscuiterie de Provence for six generations: the almond. The Biscuiterie de Provence uses, as much as possible, ingredients from local productions to showcase the richness of the terroir and sun-soaked local products. The treats are designed to meet the desires of our consumers while also promoting each of the region’s flagship products.
