Made from wheat flour, Haute-Provence IGP small spelt, and a generous amount of organic lemon, they owe their delicate texture and subtle aromas to extra virgin olive oil combined with white wine. Each ingredient used in these little treats comes from organic farming, carefully grown and selected.
