DELIVERY TERMS

Products are delivered to the address indicated by the consumer on the order form and only within the geographic areas we serve.

All products leave our premises in perfect condition. The customer must report to the carrier (or postman) any slight sign of impact (holes, crushing marks, etc.) on the package, and if necessary, refuse the package. An identical new product will then be sent to you free of charge.

The exchange of any product declared, after the fact, damaged during transport, without any reservation having been made upon receipt of the package, cannot be accepted.

As with any shipment, delays or lost products may occur. In such cases, we contact the carrier to initiate an investigation. Every effort is made, as long as necessary, to locate the package. If necessary, the merchant will be reimbursed by the carrier and will send a new identical package at their expense.

We disclaim all responsibility for delivery delays caused by the carrier, especially in cases of product loss, bad weather, or strikes.

DELIVERIES TO RELAY POINTS - UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES

If a package delivered to a relay point is not picked up within the time allowed by the carrier and is returned to us, we will issue a voucher for the value of the order (excluding shipping costs) valid for 1 year.

DELIVERY PROBLEM CAUSED BY THE CARRIER

Any delivery anomaly (damage, missing product compared to the delivery note, damaged package, broken products...) must be clearly indicated on the delivery note as a 'handwritten reservation,' accompanied by the customer's signature.

The consumer must also confirm this issue by sending the carrier, within two (2) working days following the delivery date, a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt detailing the claims.

The consumer must send a copy of this letter to BISCUITERIE DE PROVENCE - ZA LES GRANDS PRES, 26110 SAINT MAURICE SUR EYGUES. Without this report, we do not proceed with any exchange.

DELIVERY ERRORS

The consumer must submit to BISCUITERIE DE PROVENCE, on the day of delivery or at the latest the first working day following delivery, any claim of delivery error and/or non-compliance of the products in nature or quality compared to the indications on the order form.

Beyond this deadline, any claim will be rejected. Claims can be submitted to BISCUITERIE DE PROVENCE at BISCUITERIE DE PROVENCE - ZA LES GRANDS PRES, 26110 SAINT MAURICE SUR EYGUES.

Any claim not made according to the rules defined above and within the allotted time will not be considered and will release BISCUITERIE DE PROVENCE from any liability towards the consumer.
