Ma Femme's Artisan Jams
We have discovered the best jam maker for you: Les Confitures de ma Femme, a small business located in St Cécile les Vignes, just minutes from our biscuit bakery. Through her recipes, you will discover the passion of a woman who wants to share her entire culinary heritage and let everyone enjoy the recipes of her predecessors.
An Ancestral Know-How
In my wife's skilled hands, the art of creating authentic recipes is revealed, perpetuating an artisanal and traditional know-how inherited from her ancestors. Each jar of jam she makes is the result of a meticulous process aimed at revealing the natural flavor of the fruits.
In her workshop, she carefully selects the best fruits, cutting them precisely before slowly cooking them to preserve their quality and essence. This traditional method allows the aromas to fully develop, offering a deliciously smooth and authentic jam, rich with the fruit's full flavor.
True to her values, Les Confitures de ma Femme favors a simple composition without additives. She commits to using only the highest quality ingredients, thus preserving the purity and freshness of the final product.
You can enjoy her jams and jellies with full confidence, fully appreciating their authenticity and delicacy.
Selected Fruits
The producer places great importance on the choice of fruits used in her jams. She only cooks seasonal fruits that have basked in sunlight to reach full maturity. They are then rich in juice and flavor, perfect for cooking.
"Les Confitures de ma Femme" tries to create a range of delicious jams and jellies with various fruits so that everyone can find the flavor they love.
Given the creation depends on seasonal production, my wife has a limited stock.
