The Croquette de Vinsobres was born in 1908, in the bakery of Henri Chauvet, located in the Provençal Drôme village bearing its name. Following the dazzling success of this delicious treat, Henri decided to register the recipe under the name "Croquettes de Vinsobres" and to commercialize it. In 1951, he decided to sell his manufacturing secret to Mr. Corbin, who in turn sold it to the Bédouin family in 1985.
