At the Biscuiterie de Provence, we have created an incredible recipe for organic lemon Canistrelli ! Crack for these emblematic cookies of Corsica appreciated for their fineness and their bewitching perfume.

(Re)discover our intensely crispy little square cookies with a good lemon taste ! With their thin layer of crystallized sugar, these sunny specialties are super greedy and are a hit every time thanks to their subtle and delicate flavors.  Made with wheat flour, small spelt from Haute-Provence IGP and a good dose of organic lemon, they owe their delicate texture and subtle aromas to extra virgin olive oil combined with white wine. Each of the ingredients used in these little delicacies is organically grown and carefully selected.

Some will tell you that they are addictive, others that it is difficult to stop digging in the bag... In short, a delight.  The Organic Lemon Canistrelli can be enjoyed with a good coffee, tea or cooler drinks to remind the summer and the Mediterranean flavors.

Little plus : Each of our products is thought out by our multidisciplinary teams, which is how we obtain innovative recipes and biscuits with :  ZERO coloring, artificial flavors, chemical additives, preservatives, GMOs, palm oil !
