Unlike Marseille Navettes, our Organic Bulk Navettes are delicious specialties with a sandy texture thanks to quality ingredients such as butter and Haute-Provence small spelt. These ingredients come exclusively from organic farming, giving them their unique taste that delights both children and adults alike. Navettes are the traditional Provençal biscuit par excellence! These sandy biscuits are made by our pastry chefs at the Biscuiterie de Provence workshops. Created in 1781 in Marseille, Navettes owe their distinctive shape to boats!
Pastry chefs at the Biscuiterie de Provence have revisited the recipe to add a sandier texture that contributes to the Biscuiterie’s success.
