This herbal tea is crafted by Tisanes le Dauphin, a company located in Buis-les-Baronnies, 30 km from the Fabrique. It is a family story at the heart of the Baronnies Provençales since 1953, with three generations of artisans creating organic infusions.

Optimize the flavor expression by pouring water heated to 90°C, then let steep for 6 to 8 minutes before fully enjoying your drink.

For an iced tasting, we recommend infusing your blend as usual, then cooling it down. You can opt for a hot infusion concentrate that you dilute with ice water to save time. Be sure to consume within 24 hours and keep refrigerated.
