Who said shortbread was only a Breton specialty? At the Biscuiterie de Provence, we took on the challenge of reinventing this classic by bringing in our ancestral expertise spanning six generations. We created our own range of shortbread cookies, highlighting our favorite ingredient: almonds! This is how four delicious recipes with nostalgic flavors were born: intense dark chocolate, exquisite Bourbon vanilla, indulgent salted butter caramel, and our latest creation, crunchy pink pralines.

Our shortbread cookies quickly became a staple in our range of snacks for teatime. Their crunchy texture and rich, authentic taste make them the perfect treat for a gourmet break.
