The Pork and shallot terrine is made in the heart of the Ardèche. This delicious recipe was developed by renowned chef Stéphane Reynaud for Maison Teyssier Salaisons in Saint Agrève ! Since 1871, Teyssier has been perpetuating the age-old techniques and tricks of the traditional Ardèche salt-making trade in the heart of the Monts d'Ardèche Regional Nature Park. Teyssier started out as a small charcuterie, founded by Victorin Teyssier and his wife in 1871. Over the years, in keeping with tradition, Maison Teyssier has built up its expertise in the production of hams and dry sausages.
