These light, crisp organic biscuits owe their texture to the use of extra virgin olive oil combined with white wine from our village. Subtly flavoured with pure lemon extact, these Mediterranean biscuits will satisfy all your sweet cravings.
Ingredients : wheat flour* from Drôme, white wine*, sugar*, extra virgin olive oil*, small spelt* flour from Haute Provence PGI 5%, lemon essential oil* 1%, natural baking powder* (wheat starch*, sodium bicarbonate, monopotassium tartrate), eggs*.
