Soft Nougat Bars
Nougat is an essential Provençal specialty, part of the famous 13 desserts served for Christmas. Le Petit Duc's Nougats are born from an ancestral Provençal tradition still practiced today in copper cauldrons for an authentic touch. The result is a soft nougat, neither too hard nor too soft, which doesn't stick to your teeth and is less sweet, revealing the true taste of the fruit. For even more indulgence, we've created Nougats that are 100% fruit, with intensely flavored aromas!
The Unmissable Provençal Specialty - Nougat
Nougat is a typical delicacy of Provence. With its soft texture and roasted almonds, it evokes the warmth of the Provençal sun. Our authentic specialty, passed down from generation to generation, will make you succumb.
Available in 3 bold variations:

Calissons from Le Petit Duc
Slightly sweet, extremely soft, with a delicious almond flavor and delicacy... that's the best way to describe our calissons. Unlike the calissons of Aix-en-Provence, those from Le Petit Duc have a square shape, offering a taste experience in a single bite for more lightness.
The Historic Recipe
Before the era of the factory, meaning in the late 19th century, sugar remained a rare commodity, used sparingly. Le Petit Duc followed the same principle during the hours spent studying the recipes of the calisson of Aix to finally create its signature recipe of Calissons de Saint-Rémy...
Artisanal Production
Our calissons are handcrafted in our workshops using quality ingredients and following traditions with the same expertise passed down since the 19th century. A meticulous process that results in smooth and regular specialties. We prioritize manual processes over mechanical ones, in favor of quality and emotion. After production, they are hand-wrapped with the utmost care to guarantee a high-quality visual and taste presentation.
Original Creations
Our calissons are also original creations, with pistachio, Damask Rose, intense orange, or even organic variations. A subtle balance for an incomparable taste. Specialties filled with audacity, making them an ideal gift for connoisseurs of delicacy. Available in tablets or in beautiful metal boxes adorned with lovely designs. A delicate gift to give or receive. For a delicious tasting experience.

"Confitures de ma Femme" Jams
Discover "Confitures de ma Femme," an artisanal creation crafted with love in Provence, using seasonal and local fruits. Let yourself be enchanted by its sweet fragrance and sun-drenched flavors.
These jams are handcrafted in the traditional way in Saint-Cécile-les-Vignes, located just a few kilometers from La Fabrique. The producer pours her passion into each batch, following traditional methods passed down through generations. You can be assured of enjoying an authentic and high-quality fig jam.
Rucher Vahé's Honeys
Explore Rucher Vahé's lavender honey, produced by an apiculturist located just 7km from La Fabrique! This apiary offers a variety of honey flavors, including lavender, garrigue, flowers, and many more.
The family-owned operation has preserved the beekeeping tradition for several generations. Honeys are categorized based on the different departments where bees forage. In spring, the hives are placed in Isère to capture the delicacy of acacia. In Ardèche, the bees collect the bitter nectar of chestnut trees. Finally, in the Drôme, the bees produce lavender honey with enchanting aromas, as well as wild garrigue honey. Each honey is unique, reflecting the terroirs from which it originates.

Our pastry chefs have given it a new twist while respecting Provencal tradition, transforming it into a shortbread biscuit. It still contains olive oil and orange blossom, and a touch of lemon for added freshness!
Available exclusively during the Christmas season.
La Croquette de Vinsobres
