Croquettes of Vinsobres
Created by Henri Chauvet, the baker from the small village of Vinsobres in 1908, Croquettes quickly became the essential traditional biscuit of Drôme Provençale! Centenary in 2008 but still made according to the same recipe, they continue to crack joyfully to the bite and delightfully accompany sweet and sparkling wines, nibble at tea or coffee time, and brighten up aperitifs and desserts.
Wheat flour, sugar, 25% almonds, whole eggs, pure vanilla extract. Made in a workshop using milk./ Store away from air, heat and humidity.
