Sweet Croquets

The Croquet de Provence is a small, very finely cut biscuit. Inspired by the legendary almond snap, it owes its flavour to local highest quality ingredients. Together, these combine to give a varied and colourful range of biscuits. This range comprises three flavours, each in a class of its own.

Sweet Croquets de Provence can be taken at dessert – for instance, with ice cream or crème brûlée – or as an accompaniment to tea or coffee. They are also the perfect match for sweet and sparkling wines.
