
All Biscuiterie de Provence specialities are manufactured with the greatest respect for tradition, while complying with the strictest quality standards.
We attach particular importance to the origin and quality of our ingredients. Most of these are produced locally. Our pastry cooks create and produce their biscuits and cakes using rigorously selected ingredients that are free of all colourings and preservatives.
We always have our customers' health in mind, and consequently have significantly reduced the amount of salt, sugar and fat in our biscuits and cakes. We also offer a wide range of GLUTEN-FREE products, in order to provide tasty alternatives for people with wheat allergies.
All our packaging is stamped with a batch number, ensuring that all our products are completely traceable, from the raw ingredients right through to our end customers.
We also care about the environment: all our waste is separated, with a significant proportion then recycled. We also offer a range of organic specialities.
