Gluten Free

Gluten is a naturally occurring substance found in cereals (e.g. wheat, rye, oats, barley). However, gluten and gluten-derived products are also allergens that can cause digestive problems and other conditions affecting both adults and children.

Our gluten-free products are manufactured in a completely separate unit that is free from all contact with gluten-containing products. Analyses on these specialities are carried out regularly by an external laboratory in order to check that all products are 100% gluten-free. We are proud members of the AFDIAG (French Gluten Intolerance Association), and the AFDIAG logo can be found on all our gluten-free products.
