Les Aristocades gourmandes

Biscuiterie de Provence has associated with a famous Provencal master pastry chef to invent an exceptional biscuit which is both delicate and elegant, made up of noble flavours which are strong in the mouth, guaranteed gluten-free and 100% natural. This marked the birth of LES ARISTOCADES, eight surprising recipes which combine original dual flavours for different times of the day from cocktails to coffee.

Neither a macaroon nor a meringue nor a shortbread biscuit, neither crispy nor crunchy… Les Aristocades are unique. « A surprising biscuit that subtly combines pronounced, one-of-a-kind flavours. A fine biscuit with an intense taste. We opted for a foundation rich in almonds, which gives full expression to carefully selected flavours that are at once delicate and powerful, arising from the very finest ingredients. We’ve succeeded in creating a whole new, «crispy-molten» texture that is wonderfully fine. In form, they resemble the elegant langue-de chat biscuits, a long-time favourite of French children!”

We’ve dared surprising duos to create astonishing flavour combinations. Flavours that linger in the mouth long after the biscuit’s been eaten. Biscuits with deliberately convivial flavours that are perfect served during an aperitif or wine tasting, with coffee or tea, or as a dessert.
